It is the policy of Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens to categorize the status of employees to make distinctions in benefits and conditions of employment. We have regular full-time status, regular part-time status, and a large number of temporary part-time positions that we refer to as seasonal. Seasonal staff customarily work from April through December.
