Stan Hywet is a unique location to celebrate your milestone family event. It is the perfect place for a wedding reception, birthday party, or bridal/baby shower. The Estate is an exceptional setting for a corporate dinner. Whatever the occasion, one of our banquet areas is perfect for your event.
We offer the following indoor locations for your event:
The Manor House Auditorium Dimensions: 82'7" x 37'6" Balcony: 8' x 10' Buffet: 200 guests Sit Down: 170 guests
The Carriage House Auditorium Dimensions: 38' x 44' Buffet: 100 guests Sit Down: 85 guests
The Carriage House Tent (available with rental of The Carriage House Auditorium) (April through October) Dimensions: 28' x 42' Serves as the bar area during events
In addition, Stan Hywet offers outdoor banquet locations on our beautiful grounds. Manor House tours are also available upon request and for all of your guests.
An event manager will be on-site for the entire evening to ensure your event goes as planned and is enjoyed by all. Stan Hywet security is on-site for all evening events.
Those hosting their event at Stan Hywet are required to use one of Stan Hywet's preferred caterers, offering a wide variety of menu options. Musicians, bands, or DJs are permitted. Candles are permitted upon the approval of the director of rental services. Metallic confetti, glitter, and tape on the walls are prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: Visits to tour the property and talk to the rentals staff are by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Appointments are available Tuesday - Friday, 10am - 4pm. There are no Saturday appointments during wedding season.
