Stan Hywet welcomes motorcoach travelers, senior groups, professional groups and parties of 10 or more at a reduced rate. To be sure that the needs of your group are accommodated, or for additional information, please contact Pamela Courrier in the Group Sales Office at 330-315-3284 or via e-mail at groupsales@stanhywet.org . Please note that the Group Sales Office hours of operation are Tuesday – Friday, 10:00AM – 5:00PM.

To ensure that your visit goes well we highly recommend that you allow at least two and a half hours for your group’s visit. 

• Advance reservations (at least two weeks in advance) are required.
• For groups of 50 people or less, a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Groups of 51 people or more require a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit. Deposit is due at the time your reservation is booked.
• We require one form of payment per group. Please make your check payable to Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens.
• If your group count is less than 10 upon arrival to the estate, your group must pay the general admission price.
• Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. This will enable your group to be greeted by Hospitality staff, divided into smaller groups for the tour and if needed, use the restroom facilities.
• Please be advised that there is a short walk (approximately 500ft) from the Admissions Office to the Manor House. For guests who may have difficulty walking, a tram service is available upon request.
