- Mixed greens with poached pear, candied walnuts, goat cheese dried cranberries with Champagne vinaigrette
- Stuffed chicken breast with boursin cheese, spinach & sundried tomatoes with white wine cream sauce; green beans with lemon butter and bourbon & brown sugar sweet potatoes
- Fresh soft dinner rolls and butter
- Dessert: chocolate mousse with raspberries and whipped cream
- Coffee & tea, hot chocolate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
