The Seiberling family motto, Non Nobis Solum (Not For Us Alone), graces the entrance to the Manor House as an expression of the family’s legacy of giving. Their legacy continues through the thousands of volunteers, members, and donors who ensure that Stan Hywet remains an important, national, historic, landmark museum that will continue to enrich lives.
To keep our doors open to visitors from around the globe, Stan Hywet relies on the generous support of individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Such generosity enables Stan Hywet to meet the significant expense of running a major cultural institution and provides the resources necessary to sustain quality programming and events to share with the public. You can help support Stan Hywet through a variety of programs with a tax-deductible major gift of any size.
Major gifts are typically $10,000 and above. They can be paid all at once or pledged over three to five years.
The Seiberling Society is a distinguished group of individuals who have remembered Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens in their wills or estate plans, and have allowed us to recognize their commitment as a way of encouraging others to consider their own planned gift. Through thoughtful planning, each member has arranged a gift commitment that will help to ensure that future generations can benefit from Stan Hywet in the same way as they have during their lifetime.
