Forest Therapy (also known as “forest bathing”) is a research-backed wellness practice rooted in the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku. Through guided invitations, mindful walking, and quiet reflection, participants experience the calming and restorative effects of nature while deepening their sense of connection to the environment.
Amanda Essinger co-owns Connecting Roots LLC in Barberton.
This program is designed for adults and requires separate registration for each date.
